1. Information we collect
We collect information that you give us directly, and a limited amount of technical information collected automatically when you visit the site.
Information you provide
You may give us the following when you complete our application form, book a call, use the chat widget on our website, email us, or call us:
- Name, including first and last name.
- Email address.
- Phone number, including mobile numbers used for text messaging.
- Business information, such as your company name, website, service area, number of technicians, current lead volume, advertising spend, and how you handle inbound leads today.
- The content of your messages to us, including anything you type into the chat widget, send by SMS, or write in an email.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the website, our hosting provider and embedded tools may record standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and the time of your visit. This is used to keep the site working and to understand general traffic patterns.
Information from third party tools
Our website embeds tools operated by other companies, including a scheduling widget provided by Calendly and a chat widget provided by LeadConnector. When you interact with these tools, the information you enter is processed by that provider under its own privacy policy as well as ours.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect only for the following purposes:
| What we use | Why we use it |
|---|---|
| Name, email, phone | To respond to your inquiry, confirm and remind you about scheduled calls, and communicate with you about the service |
| Business information | To assess whether our service is a fit for your business and to prepare for and conduct your consultation |
| Message content | To answer your questions and provide customer support |
| Technical and usage data | To operate, secure, and improve the website |
| Billing details, if you become a client | To process payments and maintain financial records |
We do not use your information for automated decision making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not sell it.
3. SMS consent and messaging
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
If you provide your mobile phone number and agree to be contacted, we may send you text messages relating to your inquiry, your scheduled call, or our services.
- Consent is never a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to buy anything from us.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We keep a record of your consent, including when and how it was given, so that we can demonstrate compliance. That record is used only for compliance purposes.
Your mobile number and your consent record are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for that party's own marketing. They are shared only with the messaging providers that deliver messages on our behalf, and only so those messages can be sent to you.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We share information only in these limited situations:
- Service providers. Companies that operate parts of our service under contract, such as messaging and telephony providers, our customer relationship management platform, our scheduling tool, email providers, website hosting, and payment processors. They may use the information only to perform services for us.
- Legal requirements. Where we are required to disclose information by law, subpoena, court order, or a lawful request from a public authority, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfer. If the business is merged, acquired, or sells substantially all of its assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction. We would notify you before your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
- With your direction. Where you ask us to share information with someone, such as connecting your own advertising or CRM account.
5. How to opt out
You are in control of how we contact you.
- Text messages. Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will get one confirmation message and then no further marketing texts.
- Email. Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or email us and ask to be removed.
- Phone calls. Tell us during any call, or contact us using the details below, and we will add you to our internal do not call list.
- Everything. Email support@airclients.us or call +1 (646) 814-7083 and ask us to stop contacting you entirely, and we will honor that request.
We process opt out requests promptly. We may still send you transactional messages where permitted, for example confirming an appointment you booked or responding to a question you asked.
6. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies, primarily those set by the embedded scheduling and chat widgets so that they function correctly and remember your conversation. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features of the site may stop working correctly if you do.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as we have a reason to hold it:
- Inquiries that do not become clients: generally up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted or anonymized.
- Client records: for the length of our engagement and generally up to 7 years afterwards, to meet tax, accounting, and legal record keeping obligations.
- SMS consent and opt out records: retained for as long as required to demonstrate compliance with messaging regulations, and opt out records are kept indefinitely so that we do not contact you again by mistake.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections to our website, access controls on the platforms we use, and limiting access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take the responsibility seriously and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects your information.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. Residents of California, and residents of the United Kingdom and European Economic Area, have specific statutory rights along these lines.
We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under United States state privacy laws, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising.
To exercise any right, email support@airclients.us. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for making a request. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
10. Children's privacy
Our service is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
